Introducing a 12 week sprint triathlon plan aimed at triathletes in their first couple of seasons with 5 – 8 hours spare time to train per week.

The plan has been produced as part of a British Triathlon coaching Diploma course – we needed volunteers to complete the course and the Women For Tri group was very supportive.  As part of the volunteer recruitment we decided to offer access to a free generic version of the plan as there were far too many volunteers to take on board at the time.

The plan will be published weekly, available free and shared with Women For Tri.
