After a free initial consultation with one of our Coaching Team (video call or in person, if local!) we will start putting together a training plan to your requirements, based around your goals, your races, and your work and home schedule.
We offer weekly and monthly based packages. Weekly is most popular and includes session planning, analysis and coach feedback using the Training Peaks platform.
Your schedule is available via the Training Peaks app. Planned sessions can be downloaded onto some sports watches, including many Garmin devices. Completed sessions can be uploaded automatically for coach analysis and feedback.
