“Sam has been coaching me now for nearly 3 years. He has helped build me from a novice triathlete to competing for GB in the Age Group European Championships, giving my training a purpose, setting goals and programmes to suit my lifestyle and helping me towards reaching my highest potential. Sam has motivated me to train on the coldest of days, complete the hardest of sessions and even carry out gym sessions – which I use to do my best to avoid.

Coming from swimming background I found it very hard to start from scratch with running and cycling, however with a lot of focus and attention he has managed to nearly get me to the same level as my swimming standard – something which I thought would never happen. I believe Sam goes above and beyond in helping me achieve my potential. I would highly recommend him as a Coach to anyone at whatever level they may currently be performing.”
