“After competing in triathlons since 2011 my training has always been haphazard and I tended to focus on the elements I enjoyed most, swimming and cycling, avoiding running as much as I could. After entering my second standard distance triathlon I was determined to compete to the best of my ability. Tina suggested I follow a training plan which she wrote for me and together we followed it religiously for three months; tweaking it to fit in with our busy lifestyles.

I found Tina to be extremely knowledgeable, motivating, patient and very supportive, especially during the long runs! She raised my self belief and instilled in me a ‘can do’ attitude. Hence I achieved pb’s for the remainder of the season and I can’t thank her enough for her continued support and belief in me.
